Our Chapter’s Dinner Meeting/Presentation to kick-off 2007 at the
Green Valley Grill in Watsonville

  • Hugh Barroll, Esq. Assistant Regional Counselor for EPA, Region 9.

Please join us for our first dinner/meeting of 2007 to learn about the status of federal Jurisdictional Wetlands in light of the Supreme Court’s recent decisions in the Rapanos and Carabell cases. We are fortunate to have as our speaker one the lead attorney’s who is monitoring these cases for the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency. Come hear what these court decisions may mean for the landscape of wetlands law. This presentation will be useful to any environmental professional, even if you don’t work directly with wetland delineations.

Travel Directions to the Green Valley Grill

From points north of Watsonville:
Travel south on Hwy 1 to the Hwy 152/Watsonville exit. At the end of exit ramp, turn left. This is  Main Street. Travel on Main St. and take a left at the first traffic light (Main St./Green Valley Rd. intersection). Travel up Green Valley Road to Penny Lane and look for a large “Spa Fitness” sign on the left. This is the Penny Lane intersection. You will need to turn left into Penny Lane. Then turn into the first parking lot on your right.

From points south of Watsonville:
Travel north on Hwy 1. After you pass the Riverside Dr./Hwy 129 exit get off on the following exit – Harkins Slough Road. You will quickly turn left at first traffic signal on to Green Valley Road. Continue on Green Valley through its intersection with Main Street and all the traffic lights. Continue traveling north up Green Valley Road to Penny Lane and look for a large “Spa Fitness” sign on the left. This is the Penny Lane intersection. You will need to turn left into Penny Lane. Then turn into the first parking lot on your right.
